Nigel Rouse

PAC Gallery member Nigel Rouse and his mate Derek, fished the Exeter canal over the christmas period. A hard day as most of the canal was frozen over, was made worthwhile when they found a clear spot of about 100 yards long with no ice, where Derek had this new PB of bang on 25LB.
