I suppose that to be fair I have to let Ant Glascoe have some revenge on me, as after all I do take the Mickey out of him a lot. So thanks to the indomitable Chris Bishop and the torrential rain at Bluebell yesterday, here I am in all my glory.You might laugh, but this £15 British army surplus poncho kept me and my gear dry all day. Whilst it's not the most fashionable item on the market, it's worth its weight in gold in my books!
P.S. We all blanked! 4 or 5 fish hooked and lost between 30+ anglers, and I had one dropped run on float fished spratt! But it was still a great day. Thanks to Mick Crisp, Chris Bishop, and all the guys who turned up to support the event. Roll on Wroxham in November!
